We were honored to have Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, Simone Leta hosting an awesome Nutrition class! She went over basic information about calorie intake and discussing the importance of what you put in your body in relation with physical activity. Those who attended had the opportunity to ask questions about specific foods, snacking, meal planning and had a chance to sign up for Simone's very own S.N.A.P. program, which includes personalized meal plans, recipes, and more! (Strategical Nutrition Advanced Planning) Simone also discussed methods for eating when you are always on-the-go as many of us are and discussed what types of food to purchase when grocery shopping. It was a great class, and we want to thank Simone for her information!
