We had an awesome Hoop Dance Class last night with guest teacher, Mary Ann Hodnett! What's Hoop Dance, you might ask? Based from dance and fitness aesthetics, Hoop Dance will awaken your flow, build core muscles and upper body strength, and give you an outlet for creative expression. During last night's class, we focused on core hooping as well as hand spins. We were able to "feel the beat" and apply the techniques we learn into our own freestyle and movement with the hoops. The best part was using the LED hoops! Such a fun time! Hope to see you at our next workshop!
